Anybody who’s ever written a headline lives in fear somebody will find a double meaning in it.   So we wrote a headline above that can have as many meanings as you might want to give it after reading the text of HB633, just introduced by Rep. Mike Leara of St.  Louis.

578.460. Any member of the general assembly who proposes a piece of legislation that further restricts the right of an individual to bear arms, as set forth under the second amendment of the Constitution of the United States, shall be guilty of a class D felony.
